All roads lead to the Juba National Stadium to witness El Merriekh SC Bentiu battle Kator FC in a 2024/2025 South Sudan Premier League tie on Wednesday.

While Kator FC are top of the log with 20 points after eight matches, El Merriekh SC Bentiu are fourth with 18 points with the same number of matches played.

The match today promises to be a thriller with El Merriekh SC Bentiu targeting a win to be able to reclaim top spot on the table.

Interim coach Richard Justin Lado will be hoping that his striking line is more lethal, while the defending department stands firm.

Mohamed Musa who leads the scorers chart with seven goals will lead El Merriekh SC Bentiu’s attack, while Tethloach Thor and Tot Maet who have also netted four goals each since the Premier League kicked off will be expected to prove a point against a highly defensive Kator FC side.

But before El Merriekh SC Bentiu take to the field, seventh placed Malakia FC Juba will first face Sallam FC Aweil in an earlier tie.
